Neodymium Arc Magnets Features
Neodymium arc magnets or segment magnets are widely used rare earth industrial magnets. Arc magnets can be assembled into a ring magnet for motors, rotors, stators, etc. Compared with ring magnets, arc magnets are much cheaper solutions to most motors. Besides, large ring magnets are difficulty to manufactured, it is much easier to assembly a large ring magnet with several arc magnets.
Neodymium Arc Magnets Manufacturing
Neodymium arc magnets is usually machined by wire cutting and grinding. For mass produced large arc magnets, arc magnet blanks can be directly formed using custom pressing molds, and they can be directly ground. Benefitted from direct molding and no wire cutting process, the magnet material is saved, and the magnet production efficiency is increased, finally the arc magnet price can be decreased.

Arc magnets grade: N35-N52, N33M-N50M, N33H-N50H, N33SH-N48SH, N33UH-N42UH, N33EH-N40EH, N30AH-N35AH
Arc magnets coating: NiCuNi, zinc, epoxy, Teflon, etc.
Magnetization direction: Diametrically magnetized, axially magnetized.
Small neodymium arc magnets or large arc magnets can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
